• Welcome and brief introduction to the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG growing area

• Guided walk through the vineyards along our Biodiversity Trail, with an introduction to vineyard care and our growing practices

• Presentation of the wines, with a brief overview of the winemaking process

• Tasting of 3 DOCG wines:

  • 1 glass of Extra Brut

  • 1 glass of Brut

  • 1 glass of Extra Dry

  • 1 tasting of Prosecco Grappa

• The wine tasting is accompanied by platters featuring a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, served with homemade bread and Prosecco breadsticks

• Still and sparkling water

• Prosecco biscuits

The tasting is held in an informal setting on our veranda overlooking the vineyards. In case of bad weather, it will take place indoors in our tasting room.

Food is served buffet-style on a self-service basis, while our staff will take care of pouring and serving the wines and other beverages.

The menu may vary depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients and products.
